Andrew’s verdant Laurelhurst cottage proved to be a bit of a challenge. Inadequate flashing around the chimney resulted in rotted plywood sheathing that needed to be replaced. We restored numerous decorative details and replaced two flat roof sections above the front porch and back sun room.

Sellwood homeowner, Chris, is very happy with her new roof. We made a number of small repairs and upgraded both the intake and exhaust venting systems. This will help her get the full life of the product and reduce the moss growth.

This Laurelhurst Home had 3 layers, no plywood, steep pitches, small eyebrow details, flat/low slope portions, and abutted stucco in some sections. That’s a lot of challenges that you have to get right. We want to solve problems for the long term well-being of your home.

This Alameda home off 32nd Place is a beautiful place that had not had the roof replaced since it was built. A layer of asphalt over wood shake also needed plywood. Complicating it was the house was just recently painted, WHITE, yikes!

CertainTeed Presidential Shake in Charcoal Black with it’s thicker, variegated pattern accentuates this home’s classic charm.

The roof on Cory’s cozy Montavilla abode needed some serious TLC in the form of new plywood sheathing and Malarkey shingles in Midnight Black. She couldn’t have been more pleased with the results.
